Mark R Cyr — President

Mark is an entrepreneurial professional with over 20 years international software and digital supply chain management sales and technology experience. Working for Sonopress, LLC, a Berteslmann subsidiary, as the SVP of Sales and Marketing, he was responsible for the global video games sales. Mark also worked for GZ Digital Media in the Czech Republic. He was the VP of sales responsible for starting the company in the US.

In 2008 he started Dolphin Global Technology Solutions LLC, a mobile marketing company providing mobile website design, development, hosting and SMS/Texting services.

Joshua Cyr - CTO and Partner

Joshua Cyr is a web application developer and owner of a coworking space in Portsmouth, NH called Alpha Loft. The space is focused on tech/creative/startup enthusiasts similar to himself.

When Joshua is not developing software he is often found working in the community. Joshua is a past board member of the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce, Pro Portsmouth, and Portsmouth Community Radio. Joshua currently serves as member of the City of Portsmouth Economic Development Commission and graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business & Economics.

Patrick Jira - Project Manager

Patrick Jira was one of the first people to get in on the .com in the 90’s with the creation of The Recruiting Beat (www.Recruitingbeat.com). One of the first websites for High School Basketball recruiting and sports, Patrick and the website were featured in ESPN The Magazine, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Naples Daily News and Naples Illustrated, to name a few. After finishing college he has begun to expand his Internet web knowledge and expertise to the mobile web. Patrick is fluent in the Czech language making him a great liaison between our Czech mobile development partners and Dolphin Global's US customers.
